major contract with Durkan Ltd to supply windows to the East Dulwich
Estate, a major Decent Homes regeneration programme in the London
Borough of Southwark.
The windows, fabricated and installed by Nationwide, were part of major
repairs and improvements to 750 dwellings contained in 22 four-storey
block of flats. The client on this project was the London Borough of
Southwark and the additional works, which were carried out by Durkan,
included replacement or refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and roofs.
